Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi

Arrival and pickup by our professional guide/driver and be dropped to your hotel for overnight stay. (680 hotel or Lottos Inn and suites)

Day 2:

Visit to Giraffe Centre, Elephant orphanage, kazuri beads and karen Blixen Museum and head to Naivasha Pickup from your hotel and drive to Giraffe centre where you will learn more about the conversation efforts to conserve an endangered species and also get to feed them and take selfies with the Giant animals. The next stop is at David Sheldricks which strictly opens between 11 am and 12 noon for only 1 hour. Here you will be able to mingle with rescued baby and teenage elephants and learn their unique yet moving stories of how they got there, how they got their names and what plans are there to release them You will then be driven to the Kazuri Beads factory. This is a pottery company that makes one of the world most beautiful beads. You will be shown all the stages from the start to the finish. It’s also a unique factory as it employs single mother parents from the poor neighborhood who earn a living to support their families. You then have the option of being driven to lunch. There after we are happy to drive you to The Karen Blixen Museum. A famous white settler story, depicted in the famous movie Out of Africa. You’ll learn the story of this amazing woman and how she changed the lives of the local people. Later we start the drive to Naivasha to reduce the distance to Nakuru with a stop over at the Great rift Valley Escarpment to see the effects of volcanic activities which happened many years ago. Arrive in Naivasha and stay at Sopa lodge for the night.

Day 3 Naivasha to Nakuru.

Breakfast and start the drive to Lake Nakuru national park. Upon your arrival, start the 3-hour game drive with your guide and part. Break for lunch at a local restaurant, Lake Nakuru Lodge. Alternatively, you may have a pre-arranged picnic lunch in the park. Have lunch, then continue to enjoy additional game drives on the way out. Depart the park at approximately 3:00pm and head back to Naivasha Overnight stay at Sopa lodge.

Day 4: Naivasha

Breakfast, then leave for Hell’s Gate National park for bike riding and and walking at the gorges. Later go for boat ride on Lake Naivasha for bird watching and hippo viewing. After that you will be driven to the lodge for lunch and later relax at the lodge. (swimming). Dinner and overnight stay at Sopa lodge.

Day 5: Naivasha to Mara

Have breakfast at the lodge and start the drive to Mai mahiu transit town to join a group for Maasai Mara safari. Masai Mara Reserve is the most popular tourism destination in Kenya. Located in the Great Rift Valley in primarily open grassland. Wildlife is most concentrated on the reserve’s western escarpment. Its regarded as the jewel of Kenya’s wildlife Viewing areas. The annual wildebeest’s migration alone involves over 1.5 million animals arriving in July and departing in November. Hardly can a visitor miss to spot the big five. The phenomenal wildbeeste migration which is a spectacular event only seen in Maasai mara is the the wonder of the world.

Day 6: Full Day Game Drive in Masai Mara Reserve

Spend the full day exploring Masai Mara in search of the Big Five. You will have picnic lunches in the Reserve as you scale the Mara beauty sitted at the banks of Mara river. Optional: In the evening, Visit the local Masai village for a Masai cultural tour at USD20. Learn about the Masai community and interact with the local Masai people. A overnight at the Masai village can be organised upon request. A balloon safari at USD 380 per person can can be organised early morning on this day then proceed with the normal program. It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place: the great migration. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (in Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savanna – lions, cheetahs, jackals, hyenas and vultures.

Day 7: Depart Maasai Mara to Nairobi

You will enjoy the last early morning game drive in Mara Reserve followed by breakfast. Thereafter commence drive back to Nairobi. On arrival you will be dropped at your Nairobi Hotel. Overnight stay at 680 hotel.

Day 8: Nairobi to Amboseli

Early morning pick up from the hotel and drive along mombasa road with a stop over at Emali tourist soveniour shop for a bathroom break and after drive to the Sentrim lodge Amboseli 500m outside the park in time for Lunch. The Mount Kilimanjaro dominates the skyline and surrounding country. It is the tallest mountain in Africa and the highest free standing mountain in the world. While Mount Kilimanjaro remains in the background we shall marvel at the wildlife and scenery found in this park. Evening Game Drive and later dinner at the lodge with a perfomance from the local masaai worriors dancers.

Day 9: Amboseli

Early morning game drive to get a glimpse of Mt kilimanjaro and also a chance to view the park at the the view point. Break fast, later you can take guided safari walks which are specifically arranged, or take a swim, lunch and again in the evening do a game drive, dinner and sleep.

Day 10: Amboseli Nairobi, fly to Mombasa beach hotel.

Break Fast then depart the lodge with a enroute Game drive as you join the Nairobi mombasa highway and arrive in the afternoon to catch a plane to Mombasa.
